From the strict review procedures of being audited by an accounting firm and  investigating by industry experts,technology R &D center of Silver Basis is considered as Shenzhen enterprise technology center by Shenzhen givernment.For this selection,there are 75 enterprises,and 12 enterprised are choosed.By 2010,there are 100 enterprise technology centers in Shenzhen .

The 13th China international mould technology and equipment exhibition is held in Shanghai new International Exhibition Centre on 11th May to 15th May.China Die &Mould Industry Association continue to evaluate the biennial fine mould award. Evaluated by experts group, our chair injection mold and fener injection mold from our subsidiary (Tianjin Guofeng) award the first prize.The second award is gained by our air bag cover injection mold. Our injection mold of front bumper and  Tianjin Guofeng Renault L38Ve rear bumper,Ford T6 project of instrument board achieve the third prize.
  10.  Inspection center passed ISO/IEC17025：2005 and CANS (the register code of certificate is CNAS L4845).it became the sencond inspection center in the whole country and the first in South China .The center was responsible for inspecting mold parts,machine parts,physical dimension and form & position tolerance.At the same time,our inspection center acquired the qualification of Rockwell hardness testing and threaded detection.ISO/IEC17025：2005 is approval institution accepted by ISO and IEC .It is the only one evaluation institutions of CNAS in China and the inspecting results will be accepted by international .
2009
  1. Our patent application for "circular tunnel processing method and processing device Comte" and utility model patents "injection mold lifter and injection mold with such strucutre " has been approved  by the national patent offices. At present Basis has a total of 7 patents for utility model, 1 for invention.
  2. Basis successfully completed restructuring of industry and commerce changes.Company name changes to Shenzhen Silver Basis Technology Co.,Ltd.
  3. Basis acquired a title which is National hi-tech enterprise.
  4. In the day morning,our mold inspection center is grand opening.It devote itself to become the biggest mold inspection center in southern part of China in order to fill the blank of large mould inspection.
  5. 2009 annul meeting of China Mould Industry Association, the Management Committee " held in our company, a total of 47 units of 58 representatives attended the meeting. Meeting  topics was around the "Technology Information Management Innovation, second five-mold development planning, with the lean look for opportunities to develop high-end mold and develop the international market" . Huang from our company made a brief introduction to business, and mold industry, "second Five-Year" plan, particularly information technology aspects of mold development plan put forward their suggestions and ideas. During the meeting, all delegates also visited the mold trial center and related production sectors, gave a high degree of recognition to the development potential of our company .

In order to further promote the city mold industry advances in technology, training and skills to create high-quality mold industry personnel, jointly organized the 2009 competition by the City of Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions. Competition was participate and support by a wide range of die manufacturing enterprises. The operation staff from our company with excellent design and skills were won: 2009, Skills Competition, Shenzhen, the first team awards; individual mold manufacturing and processing the first (Xianshan Gu) and eighth ( Jianchun Wen); mold designers fourth (Ping Deng),winner of  mold design  (Shixiong Wang, Xiaolin Hu) and winner of mold manufacturing and processing(Mintong Chen), and many honorary titles.

  1. CDMIA awarded Silver Basis as China's key enterprises in large precision injection mold. It is only 9 companies gained this honor in the whole country.
  2. Shenzhen Government identified Basis as Shenzhen the first leading enterprises in independent innovation industry .Throughout the mechanical industry who won the honor,it was only five compaies.And even in the detailed classification of mold industry , it is the only one company.
  3. The door panel and fender from Silver Basis and Tianjing Guofeng were awarded  the first ,second and third prize in the fine mould award of CDMIA.
  4. Basis and TECMA(famouse mold supplier in Europe) achieved a strategic cooperation agreement.It would improve internationlization process in mold manufacturing level and strength of Basis,and consolidate the status in Europe market .
  5. Hot runner molding device of Basis obtained Baoan technology patent award.

2007
  1. Basis passed the final examination and verification from Moody and obtained certificate of ISO14001:2004.
  2. Science and Technology Department of Guangdong Province, Shenzhen Municipal Science and Technology Leadership rates, Trade and Industry Bureau, the Environmental Protection Agency in conjunction with Tsinghua University counselors visit our line of 10 people to carry out cleaner production project approval. With active cooperation of various departments, The company successfully passed the audit of cleaner production projects and was named the clean production enterprises in Shenzhen. Silver Basis became the first company to receive this honorary title in the mould industry in shenzhen .
  3. Basis obtained  the medal of 2006 inductrial injury prevention advanced unit jointly awarded by Shenzhen Labor and Social Security Bureau and Shenzhen production safety supervision and measures  Administration.

2006
  1. Basis obtained 2006 the global best supplier cooperative partner with ZTE.Vice president Shi Zhijian attended the award ceremony.
  2. Basis invested to build the North production base in Tianjing Bohai economic development zone,It means formation of the south and the north pattern.New plant accounted for 30000 square meters.The foundation of North production base seized the custruction of "Bohai Economic Zone"hotspots.It would provide high quality of mold ,plastics,hardware's complementary products in automobile ,home appliance and communication industries in North China.It had important significance on company's development process.
  3. Shenzhen Baoan science and technology bureau maintain Basis to be Baoan district opening research and development base,and it was just 2 companies won this honor in Baoan .
2005
  1. Basis and NGK Japan achieved  a cooperation agreement.Based on mutual benefit,NGK output advanced mold design &manufacturing technology and experiences to Basis in order to make Basis to be TOYOTA's mold base in China. The agreement marked Basis gained the way to world automobile mold market.
  2. Basis passed product inspection-exempt internal audit of ZTE and was awarded the first STS supplier qualification. 90% of products were inspection-exempt by ZTE.
2004
  1. Managerial personnel tool part in 6δ project training of ZTE and gained greenbelt certificates.
  2. Basis passed the reexamination of ISO9001:2000 from Moody.
  3. Basis passed the ebaluation of Huawei pirchasing experts group and became the qualified supplier of mold and plastics .
  4. The new 4500 squear meters plant was put into use put into use formally.The scale of product certificate expanded to 7 types. The expiry date is to Oct. 2007.
  5. Silver Basis became Shenzhen Hi-tech enterprises which was identified by Shenzhen science and technology and information bureau. It was the No.809 enterprise who won the qualification in Shenzhen .
  6. From 2004 the fourth quarter,Basis put the training of ISO/TS16949：2002 into effect .
  7. Basis introduced the advanced I-M3 mold enterprise management system.Then it operated fully in mold  manufacturing department on 8th Dec,2004.
  8. ZTE gave Basis the totle of S(superfine) supplier.It was only one suppluer to gain this honor.
  9. Silver Basis was identified as Baoan Safety production & standardization management qualified enterprises.
2003
  1. Obtained supplier in sample of plastic parts from ZTE.
  2. The plastic parts achieved UL and then they were exported to America smoothly.
  3. 50% of molds were exported to Europe ,America and Japan etc,the international market overall opened.Meanwhile,Basis began to change the market location to booming auotmobile industry.
2001
  1. Basis passed the final examination and verification from Moody and obtained certificate of ISO9001：2000.
  2. The first batch of mold was exported to Panasonic USA.From now on ,the batch of mold started to export to Europe and America.And those 23 sets of molds became the mileston which marked we joined in international market.
2000
  1. Vice GM Huangshan delegated company went to Frankfurt Germany to atted Europe Mold exhibition and then located our mold market in international custommers.

1999
  1. Basis and Zhongyin industrial company in Tianjing bonded zpne built Shenzhen Silver Basis Technology Co.,Ltd together. Mold manufacturing ,machinofacture and plastics departments were founded. Enterprise develped to be large components processing enterprise which included precision mold manufacturing ,the precise hardware metal processing,plastics molding and surface treatment etc.
1998
  1. Companies expanded precision manufacturing field from the original mould plastics industry and establied hardware factory. The factory was engaged in precision metal processing of machining,stamping etc.

  1. The precursor of Silver Basis -Shenzhen Silver Basis mold and plastics Co.,Ltd was establised.
  2. GreatWall Shenzhen idetified Brother as the qualified supplier of  components.
  3. ZTE considered Brother as the qualified supplier of moud and plastics components.

  1. The precursor of Silver Basis -Brother mold company was establised.It concentrated on mold manufacturing field and started business.
